LEWIS, Karen J. (Kopacz)

LEWIS - Karen J. (nee Kopacz) In the words of Karen, "She circled the drain for a few days. Her final swirl was Saturday, January 28, 2017. She was once a witch who found Jesus between a rock and a hard place in the ER. Well, she was never in jail so she wouldn't find Him there. She obeyed 7 out of the 10 Commandments on most days. She will be buried with an absentee ballot as she never missed voting in an election. She is survived by those who took their medications as directed". Karen, age 57, of Cheektowaga, NY is predeceased by her mom, Dolly Krupka and stepfather, Tony Krupka. She is survived by her children, Heather Irene Lewis and Wade Reece (Ashley) Lewis; her grandchildren, Diamond
Celeste, Rylie Nicole and Grayson Alexander; her brother, Jason Peter (Elijah) Steward; cousin, Shirley Stolarski; she was the Godmother of Donald Marsh; Goddaughter of Elaine (late Brownie) Stolarski; also survived by her fur babies, Chants McGee and Hope McTavish. Family will be present to receive relatives and friends on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the MELVIN J. SLIWINSKI FUNERAL HOME, 85 George Urban Blvd. (west of Harlem Rd.) where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:30 AM and from St. John Gualbert Church at 10 AM.
