Police: Panhandler threatens to stab eyes out of store clerk

NIAGARA FALLS - Police arrested a panhandler who reportedly threatened to "stab [the] eyes out'' of a 7-Eleven store employee Friday morning.

Justin O. Gabby, 28, of North Avenue, was taken into custody shortly after 11 a.m. on Pine Avenue. He was charged with third-degree menacing and harassment.

Police said that Gabby was asked to leave the store after harassing customers and begging for money. Before leaving the area he reportedly threatened a store employee. Officers said that Gabby then continued panhandling outside other businesses in the area before being taken into custody.
