Cloud Nothings to return with Tralf performance

Indie-rock hitmaker Cloud Nothings is set to return to Buffalo at 8 p.m. April 28 in the Tralf Music Hall (622 Main St.).

Making its first area appearance since an absolutely raucous, sold-out show at Buffalo Iron Works back in 2014, the Ohio-bred act led by songwriter/front man Dylan Baldi will be on tour in support of its latest album, the melodic and contemplative "Life Without Sound."

The new record is a bit of a departure from the angst-ridden material that has defined the band's breakout over its past couple of releases.

Tickets will go on sale for $15 at 10 a.m. Jan. 27 (box office, Ticketmaster or charge by phone 852-2860). Further event details can be found here.
