FRANKLINVILLE - State Police charged three people Monday with making methamphetamine in a home on Bakerstand Road.
Officials from Cattaraugus County Child Protective Services called troopers to the home, where an 8-year-old and a 4-year-old were living, according to State Police.
Authorities charged Daren D. Tingue Sr., 50, Daren D. Tingue Jr., 26, and Dlyn G. Tingue, 44, with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine, child endangerment and criminal possession of marijuana, police said.
Each suspect was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $30,000 bail. The children were put in the custody of other family members.
