Loaded gun found at parolee's Buffalo home, police say

Jordan Hollingsworth, 22, was charged by Buffalo police with a felony count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon after a routine search by a state parole officer at Hollingsworth's Dunlop Avenue home about 8:15  a.m. Friday, police said.

According to a Buffalo Police arrest report, police were called after the parole officer reported finding Hollingsworth had in his bedroom a .45-caliber pistol loaded with eight bullets.

Hollingsworth was granted a conditional parole from state prison in March 2016 for a Buffalo drug conviction.
