A 50-year-old parolee has pleaded guilty in Wyoming County Court to manufacturing methamphetamine in his home.
Alan Hartman Sr. of Cooley Road in the town of Eagle, waived indictment and admitted to the felony charge.
Hartman was arrested with his daughter and her husband, Nichole McMurray, 27, and Tyler McMurray, 33, in September when Wyoming sheriff’s deputies and state parole officers conducted a routine check on his residence.
Hartman had been released on parole in June after serving more than two years in prison on a weapons charge.
Nichole McMurray pleaded guilty in November to criminal possession of a controlled substance, 7th degree, and was sentenced to 169 days in jail. Tyler McMurray pleaded guilty in October to tampering with physical evidence. He and Hartman are scheduled for sentencing by Judge Michael Mohun on Feb. 2.
