A man was arrested about 9:45 p.m. Thursday after officers saw him firing gunshots out of a second-story bedroom window of his Ericson Avenue home, Buffalo police said.
Angel Santiago Jr, 36, was charged with a felony count of first-degree reckless endangerment. Police were dispatched to the neighborhood after receiving a report of shots fired. Santiago was ordered to drop his weapon after being observed firing at least four shots out the window, police said.
Police seized a Winchester rifle and a 12-gauge shotgun. Santiago was in the Erie County Holding Center on Friday night.
