Haubeil earns All-USA Today first-team honors

Two-time first team All-Western New York kicker Blake Haubeil of Canisius High School has been named USA Today high school football All-USA first team offense.

Haubeil, the Ohio State commit, set a Monsignor Martin High School Athletic Association record by going 56 for 56 on extra-point kicks. He made six in the Crusaders' state Catholic final win over Cardinal Hayes in New York.

Of his 76 kickoffs, 53 went for touchbacks. He went 6 for 9 on field goals with a long of 47 yards. While that's impressive, he holds the Western New York record for longest field goal made, 61 yards, set during the 2015 season.
