Steve Kroening of Cambria took the buck of a lifetime during crossbow season this year, a massive 16-point buck that will score around 195 after the drying out period. The deer weighed approximately 170 field dressed and was 5-1/2 years old. He was hunting in the Town of Cambria in Niagara County.He had been watching this deer for three years and built a ground blind that he could only hunt when the wind was out of the west. It was a 16-yard shot.
