Former Bills player Robert Eddins killed in Detroit

Former Buffalo Bills linebacker Robert Eddins was reportedly killed in his hometown of Detroit Tuesday night. He was 28.

Police told reporters that Eddins and another man were shot multiple times in an apparent double homicide.

Eddins was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2011 and appeared in one game. He played collegiately at Ball State and also had a stint in the Canadian Football League.
