PERRY - Two people have been accused of selling heroin out of their Cherry Street home, according to the Wyoming County Drug Task Force.
Roy Lawrence, 45, and Heidi Hopkins, 43, were charged Tuesday after a raid by law enforcement, the task force said.
Police recovered a quantity of heroin, pills and drug paraphernalia. Lawrence and Hopkins were each charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, authorities said.
They were arraigned and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail. Additional arrests are possible and additional charges are imminent, the task force said.
