Buffalo woman stabbed, three women arrested

Two Buffalo women and an Amherst woman were arrested on felony charges after a Parkridge Avenue woman was allegedly stabbed during an argument at her home on Monday night, according to Buffalo police.

Charged by police with felony counts of second-degree gang assault and fourth-degree conspiracy and fourth-degree weapons possession were Shawonda Hughey, 39, of Glenhaven Drive in Amherst, Matika Owens, 30, of Glenwood Court and Theresa Fryar, 37, of Durham Court, according to Buffalo police.

According to a Buffalo police arrest report, the three went to the victim's house, where she was allegedly stabbed during an argument at about 8:30 p.m.

Buffalo police reported that the knife used in the incident was recovered.
