Two teens arrested after gunpoint robbery in Buffalo

Two teenagers robbed a man at gunpoint, taking $1,700, but were later arrested Friday night, Bufflao police reporter.

Police charged Calvin Williams IV, 17, and Eliana L. Guarina, 18.

The victim claimed Williams pointed a gun at him at East Delavan Avenue and Bailey Avenue and forced him to withdraw cash from an ATM. Police said Williams then took the cash and forced the victim into a car, while ordering a second man in the car not to get out.

The thieves sped away as police arrived, and  then fled the car on foot, police said.

Williams was apprehended at a residence on Newburgh Street, with $700 in his pocket, police said. Guarina was also apprehended on Newburgh Street.

Williams and Guarina were charged with first-degree robbery.
