LITTLE VALLEY -- Justin T. Shaw, 24, of Olean, was ordered by Cattaraugus County Judge Ronald D. Ploetz Monday to serve a 10-year state prison term on his guilty plea to periodically molesting a young girl in the Town of Portville.
Shaw pleaded guilty in August to two felony counts of first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child for incidents with a young girl between July 2007 and July 22, 2015, according to District Attorney Lori Pettit Rieman.
The judge also ordered Shaw to submit to ten years of post-release supervision.
Also Before Judge Ploetz Monday:
-- Howard B. Allen, 35, of Olean, was ordered to serve a one-year term at the County Jail on his convicted on a felony charge of third-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance for an attempt to selt narcotics in the Town of Coldspring.
-- Robert A. Richardson, 28, of Randolph, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of third-degree attempted unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine for his attempt to operate a Meth Lab in the Town of Randolph late last January. He faces sentencing Jan. 22, 2017.
-- Charles P. Redeye, 55, of Salamanca, pleaded guilty to a felony count of third-degree attempted robbery and petit larceny for stealing a motor vehicle in the Town of Salamanca. He faces sentencing Feb. 6, 2017.
