The Bills placed receiver Percy Harvin on the non-football illness list Monday, ending his season and opening a roster spot.
Harvin played in two games since coming out of retirement, catching two passes for 6 yards and carrying once for 11 yards. He missed the last two games with a recurrence of severe migraine headaches, which bothered him earlier in his career but had not been an issue for him in recent years.
Based on his reported salary and bonus structure, Harvin will earn about $870,000 from the Bills this season.
The Bills did not announce a corresponding roster move. Rex Ryan had nothing to add on Harvin in his Monday press conference.
The remaining receivers on the Bills' active roster are: Sammy Watkins (foot), Robert Woods (knee), Marquise Goodwin, Justin Hunter, Dez Lewis and Brandon Tate.
