Bills kicker Dan Carpenter was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance against the Bengals.
Carpenter hit all three of his field goals and his lone extra point in the 16-12 win. Around the league, kickers missed an NFL-record 12 extra points Sunday.
"By the way I think the star of the game was (Dan) Carpenter," coach Rex Ryan said Monday, "because after watching 12 missed extra points in the league, just set a record, it was great we made all our kicks, including the 54-yarder, which really in my opinion that was the biggest play of the game."
This was Carpenter's sixth time winning the award and first since 2014.
