It can also write insurance from different carriers within a single business. By recently partnering with United Healthcare, the chamber has expanded its insurance offerings to include Essential Plan options which are income based, and can have little or no premiums. Elmwood Village Farmers Market: Last day of the season, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Elmwood Avenue at Bidwell Parkway. The market, which shifts its name to the Elmwood Village Winter Market, will return to Buckham Hall on the SUNY Buffalo State campus, 1300 Elmwood Ave., on Dec. 3 and will continue to run there from 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays through mid April.
