Bills coach Rex Ryan dropped in on a high school football team's meeting this week and delivered a message on teamwork in advance of their championship game.
Canisius High School's Facebook page posted a video of Ryan's (allegedly impromptu) speech, which centered around the importance of every single player's role. He used his son, Seth – the holder on Clemson's nationally ranked football team – as an example.
Canisius held practice at the Bills' fieldhouse this week in advance of Thursday's Monsignor Martin High School Athletic Association championship against St. Francis at New Era Field (game preview here). It was not immediately clear if Ryan spoke to both teams.
