A City of Tonawanda driver had a blood-alcohol content triple the legal limit when he was arrested early Tuesday, police said.
City of Tonawanda police pulled over Nathan R. Haacker, 61, on Grove Street at about 1:30 a.m.
Police said Haacker, who lives on Grove Street, refused to cooperate once detained by officers. At the police station, Haacker registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.24 percent.
Police charged him with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and disorderly conduct.
