SILVER SPRINGS – A 16-year-old is being held on $15,000 bail after he violated an order of protection, while a 53-year-old woman was subsequently charged with witness intimidation, the Wyoming County Sheriff's Office said.
Last Wednesday, the teenager broke a "stay away" order multiple times on South Main Street, the sheriff's office said. He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, arraigned in Warsaw Town Court and held in the Wyoming County Jail.
After the incident involving the teen, Dorothy H. Prial, 53, called the victim and threatened bodily harm, according to the sheriff's office. She was charged with third-degree intimidating a victim or witness and arraigned in Warsaw Town Court. She was held in the county jail on $1,000 bail or $4,000 bond, the sheriff's office said.
Both are due back in court next Monday.
