The Orchard Park woman who pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of misdemeanor forgery for stealing from her Hamburg employer has been sentenced to 122 days in jail to be served on weekends.
Mollie McCann Poblocki, 44, had originally been charged earlier this year with felony forgery. She also pleaded guilty to misdemeanor petit larceny in Hamburg Town Court, where she was recently sentenced by Justice Gerald P. Gorman.
McCann Poblocki, who has a history of stealing from employers, stiffing businesses and not paying taxes, admitted that she bought shoes and a watch through online purchases with a credit card that belonged to Hamburg Mitsubishi, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
Her attorney, Richard J. Friedman Jr., has said she made restitution to the dealership. She is serving weekends at the Erie County Holding Center.
