Erie, Pa., man arrested for DWI after refusing breath test

An Erie, Pa., motorist was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated by Chautauqua County sheriff's deputies.

Michael E. Wright, 24, was stopped about 9:08 for making an unsafe lane change on W. Mina Road in the Town of Mina, according to deputies, who said Wright then refused to take a pre-breath test and was subsequently arrested.

Wright was later released and is due to appear at a later date in Town of Mina Court.
