Buffalo man charged after city totes knocked over

A Buffalo man was arrested Sunday for allegedly knocking over nine city-owned garbage totes, scattering their debris onto West Chippewa Street and then exposing himself to police officers who ordered him to clean up the mess, according to Buffalo police.

Julio Guzman, 52, of Franklin Street was also charged with urinating near garbage totes and on the sidewalk, according to Buffalo police.

He was charged at about 10:55 p.m. with third-degree criminal trespass for the garbage totes incident and public exposure, according to Buffalo police.

He remained in custody at the Erie County Holding Center Monday night.
