KUHN, Arnold R.

KUHN - Arnold R. Arnold R. Kuhn, affectionately known as "Jake", passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 27, 2016, at the age of 79. He was born in Albion, September 5, 1937, a son of Lloyd and Alma (Carlson) Kuhn and was a life-long resident of this area. Jake spent his entire professional career as a Project Manager for Keeler Construction Co., Inc. in heavy and highway construction. He was a private aviation enthusiast and enjoyed spending time with his friends at the Pine Hill Airport. Jake was a dear friend to many, and had a great love for life as well as a great sense of humor. Mr. Kuhn was predeceased by his parents and his brothers, Lloyd, Jr. and Clark. Jake is survived by his children, James of Rochester, David and John of Hoboken, NJ, Julia Wamp of Skaneateles and Sarah Daniels of Kailua, HI; the mother of his children, Mary Kuhn of Albion; 12 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; also surviving are his sisters, Mary Jane Marek and Lorraine Yungfleisch; sister-in-law, Gloria Kuhn; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. The family will receive friends at the CHRISTOPHER MITCHELL FUNERAL HOMES, INC., 21 West Avenue-Albion, Tuesday from 10:30-11 AM where Jake's Funeral Service will begin at 11 AM following visitation.
