LOCKPORT – Three people arrested last year in a Niagara Falls police drug raid at a home they shared pleaded guilty Friday in Niagara County Court.
Police reported they seized cocaine at the home on Whitney Avenue Oct. 15, 2015, along with $280 in cash, which was forfeited by the defendants.
The three defendants are:
- Tyrone J. Perry Jr., 32, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was promised a three-year prison term by Judge Sara Sheldon, who will officially impose it Dec. 14. Perry already is in state prison, serving time for violating parole on a 2013 drug conviction.
- His brother, Davonne M. Perry, 29, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree possession, and could be sentenced Dec. 13 to up to 2 1/2 years in prison.
- Davonne's girlfriend, Jennifer M. Spina, 26, now of Niemel Drive, who pleaded guilty to seventh-degree possession and could be sentenced Dec. 13 to up to a year in the County Jail.
