Jordan Robertson, 20, Aaron Mack, 24 and Curtis Hall Jr., 29, all of Buffalo were arrested Monday afternoon and accused of having a stolen handgun.
Officers were sent to Broadway after getting a call that one of the three was seen with a .45-caliber handgun. The car they were driving was pulled over in the 900 block of Broadway, and officers reported finding the firearm, which stolen locally in late August, in the vehicle.
Officers also reported finding marijuana, narcotic pills and four bundles of heroin in the vehicle.
The three, all of Buffalo, were charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Robertson and Mack remained in custody at the Erie County Holding Center Wednesday night.
