BASKETBALL: Teams wanted for a men’s league starting mid-December on Monday nights at Nichols School. Cost is $300 plus a weekly referee fee and there is a 6’4” height limit. Daemen College basketball coach Mike MacDonald will host a Veterans Day Camp for boys and girls, grades K-8, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., in Daemen’s Lumsden Gymnasium in Daemen College. KICKBALL: Teams are being accepted for an adult co-ed kickball league that runs Monday nights at Nichols. Cost is $430 plus a small referee fee. Call or text Mike, 553-3839.

ICE SKATING: Learn to skate classes for hockey players and figure skaters will start Nov. 14 at the Niagara University Ice Complex in Lewiston on Mondays (5:15-5:45 p.m.), Wednesdays (6-6:30 p.m.) and Fridays (4:55-5:25 p.m.) and at Hockey Outlet Ice Complex in Wheatfield on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30-5 p.m. Classes are for ages 4 to adult. TOUCH FOOTBALL: The 6th annual 6-on-6 co-ed touch tournament, to benefit the WNY Foodbank, will be Dec. 3, at the AdPro Fieldhouse, One Bills Drive. Spots open for all skill levels. Also, an indoor co-ed Saturday night league starts Dec. 10 at Nardin Sports Facility in North Buffalo. Cost is $590 including referee fees. VOLLEYBALL: The 3rd annual Matt Anderson Spiking for Autism Tournament will be Nov. 5, at the Niagara Frontier Volleyball Center, on Meyer Road in West Seneca, starting at 9 a.m. Proceeds go to support the Autism Service Center in Hamburg.
