The regular Monday night open mic at Buffalo’s Tudor Lounge will be resurrected as a one-time comedy showcase for Halloween. The showcase, “Season of Laughs,” will feature a mixture of local talent on Oct. 31.
The Tudor Lounge show will be hosted by Don Johnson, a local comic who has produced the weekly open mic at that location since 2015. Johnson took over the Monday comedy night room from original host, Heather Stack.
The show will also feature sets by Clayton Williams, Brian Netzel, Jesse Winterhalter, Phil Petti and Spencer Carr.
The showcase is set to begin at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 31 at the Tudor Lounge (335 Franklin St.). Admission is $5, with drink and food specials throughout the night along with a raffle and costume contest. Spooky music will be provided by The Moe and Terry Orchestra. A dance party will be held prior to the show.
