A Buffalo man was charged with felony DWI after he was stopped for speeding on the Kensington Expressway on Saturday.
New York State Police pulled over the driver, Tyrone Myers, 35, for speeding, and said he failed field sobriety tests. A breath sample showed an alcohol content of 0.09 percent, just above the threshold. Myers' license had been revoked for a previous DWI, and he was in possession of marijuana, troopers said.
He was charged with felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana.
