Jacqueline Egan and Austin Blujus were married at 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 20 in Our Lady of Victory Basilica, Lackawanna. Guests gathered for a reception at Beaver Hollow, Java Center. Monsignor Paul J.E. Burkard from Our Lady of Victory and Deacon Paul Snyder of East Amherst heard the couple’s vows. The bride’s parents are Kathy and Daniel Egan of East Amherst. The bridegroom’s parents are Coleen and Stanley Blujus of Amherst. The bride, a graduate of Williamsville East High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University. The bride is a director of sales at Beaver Hollow in Java Center. The groom, a graduate of Amherst High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from the University at Buffalo. He is a financial adviser at Mass Mutual Financial Group in Buffalo. After a trip to Belize, the couple will make their home in Buffalo.
