Lindsay of American Marriage Ministries in Washington, D.C., and a close friend of the couple, heard their vows. The bride’s parents are Jerry A. Waldkoetter of North Tonawanda and the late Helen W. Waldkoetter. The bridegroom’s parents are Bob C. Wrazen of Upper Jay and Carol L. Weaver of Lancaster. The bride, a graduate of North Tonawanda High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University at Buffalo. The bride is a professional makeup artist in New York City. The groom, a graduate of City Honors, attended Pratt Institute. He is a digital fabrication manager at Polich Tallix. After a trip to Europe, the couple will make their home in Beacon.
