A man offered to sell drugs to boys waiting at a Buffalo bus stop and grabbed a girl’s arm there on Thursday morning, police said.
The incident happened at the corner of Elmwood Avenue and West Utica, Buffalo police said.
The man was described as black, 5-foot-6 and wearing a red-collared shirt, three gold chains and a black baseball cap, police said.
Police warned parents of the incident on the department’s Facebook page and urged parents to speak with their children about how to avoid strangers.
Any similar incidents should be reported to police, and any suspicious person near a school, bus or home should be reported, Buffalo police said.
