A Lackawanna woman had a blood-alcohol content nearly triple the legal limit when she was pulled over on the Niagara Thruway early Wednesday, according to State Police.
Reina M. McClain, 25, was stopped for traffic violations on Interstate-190 in Buffalo at about 3:47 a.m., State Police said.
Troopers found McClain to be intoxicated and transported her to the Buffalo barracks where she registered a BAC of 0.23 percent, according to authorities.
State Police charged her with aggravated driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
McClain was released to a sober third party and issued appearance tickets for Buffalo City Court on Oct. 14.
