No matter what happens on the field Sunday afternoon when the winless Buffalo Bills host the Arizona Cardinals, it's shaping up to be a gorgeous day for football.
A passing cold front late Friday night will bring some cooler conditions to the Buffalo Niagara region for the first weekend of autumn -- the first daily high temperatures in the 60s since mid-June, forecast maps show.
Early tailgaters will need a jacket on Sunday.
Temperatures are forecast to be in the upper 40s before 9 a.m.
Forecasts show the day will warm up to about 60 degrees by 11 a.m. and will be in the mid-60s by the time of the 1 p.m. kickoff.
