A Buffalo man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated early Saturday morning in the City of Tonawanda.
Joshua I. MacFarlane, 32, was pulled over for speeding on Delaware Street at 2:19 a.m., City of Tonawanda police said.
MacFarlane told an officer he had been drinking beer on his boat and registered a 0.19 blood-alcohol level, police said.
MacFarlane’s driver’s license had been suspended for unpaid parking tickets in Buffalo. In addition to the aggravated DWI charge, police charged MacFarlane with DWI, driving with a suspended license and speeding.
He was held on $250 bail.
