Letter: Voters shouldn’t forget errors Clinton has made

Voters shouldn’t forget errors Clinton has made

I have to take issue with a recent letter. So many others have expressed the same opinion and it needs redress. I agree that we should get past the rhetoric and get down to business about discovering each candidate’s stances and philosophies on presidential issues that matter. The part that bothers me, and many I speak with, is how some people believe it’s OK to “forget the errors and move forward.”

That is not how an educated and informed voter works. We need to base our votes on a candidate’s history, performance, qualifications, philosophies and stances. Hillary Clinton’s perpetual underperforming, lying and covering up are core traits we all need to base our vote on. We owe the victims of Benghazi, the soldiers past and present, our children and every legal American citizen more than “let’s forget the errors and move forward.”
