FALCONER – A Jamestown man faces an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge after a traffic stop Wednesday, State Police said.
Troopers pulled over David Hanley, 38, on Falconer Street for a traffic violation. He subsequently failed several field sobriety tests and was arrested, police said.
At the Jamestown barracks, Hanley registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.21 percent, more than double the legal limit.
Police issued Hanley appearance tickets for Ellicott Town Court.
