Batavia police corral teen breaking into e-cigarette business

BATAVIA – Batavia police arrested a 16-year-old boy after he was caught trying to break into an electronic cigarette business late Saturday.

Police responding to the report of a burglary in progress at 224 Ellicott St., the home of RW Vapors, spotted the teen at the site and chased him as he fled down the street. The suspect was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of burglar tools.
