OLEAN – Two people were charged Thursday with possessing and selling heroin and heroin mixed with fentanyl.
Thomas Stanczykowski, 32, and Andrea Stanczykowski, 28, were arrested after police executed a search warrant at 1558 East State St., according to the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
Police recovered 2 grams of heroin during the warrant execution. Authorities allege Thomas Stanczykowski sold the heroin combined with fentanyl to another person in his home on April 14, according to the task force.
Andrea Stanczykowski sold heroin to another person in her home at an undisclosed date, the task force said.
Each was charged with two class B felonies – third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Thomas Stanczykowski was held without bail while Andrea Stanczykowski was held on $10,000 bail after their arraignment in Allegany Town Court, police said.
Additional charges are pending, authorities said.
