SILVER CREEK – A 36-year-old man has been accused of striking a vehicle with his bicycle, yelling at its occupants and then climbing on the vehicle’s hood and punching the windows.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said David A. Brill Jr. of Silver Creek has been charged with harassment, criminal mischief and child endangerment after the incident late Tuesday night on Central Avenue.

The incident happened at about 11:20 p.m. Two small children were inside the vehicle at the time, the sheriff’s office said.

Sheriff’s deputies located and arrested Brill a short time later as he was riding his bicycle.
