Gintzler International in Amherst promoted Dan Braun to operations manager, Jeff Erny to prepress manager, and Mark Raczka to materials manager. Braun graduated from Villa Maria College with a degree in graphic design and also holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from D’Youville College. Erny graduated from Villa Maria College, where he specialized in graphic communication. Raczka attended the Rochester Institute of Technology for applied arts and science.
Theatre of Youth appointed Kevin Leary as managing director. Leary is responsible for the overall management, operation and fiscal oversight of the non-profit professional theatre company. Previously, he was Financial Administrator at the University at Buffalo’s Techne Institute and the assistant to the director of UB’s Arts Management Program.
Marissa Bierl has joined Match Marketing Group as senior account manager. Bierl holds an MBA from Canisius College with a focus in marketing.
FB Displays & Designs has completed a project for the Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Area. FB created a series of portable retractable banners telling the story of the Underground Railroad in Niagara Falls. The display will be used at events and schools.
P.W. Minor, a footwear manufacturer based in Buffalo, has partnered with charity Soles4Souls in response to the recent flooding in Louisiana. P.W. Minor is donating 27 pallets of footwear, a shipment worth $175,000 and equivalent to a full semi-trailer of products.
