One of the two men shot Sunday morning in Buffalo has died, a police spokesman said Monday morning.
A 39-year-old Buffalo man, whose name was not released, had been critically wounded after he and another man were shot just after 4:30 a.m. in the first block of Schreck Avenue, a few blocks from Bailey and East Delavan avenues.
A 32-year-old Buffalo man was also shot, but suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police had said. His name also was not released.
Both men were taken to Erie County Medical Center following the shooting.
Police have not released any other details.
