NIAGARA FALLS – A woman said she was attacked on her front porch by two female neighbors and her 12-year-old daughter was kicked in the stomach at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of Hope Boulevard.
Tierra M. Works, 23, of Hope Boulevard was charged with second-degree burglary. third-degree assault, criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child, according to Niagara Falls Police. No details of charges were provided against the other woman.
The victim said she has opened her door to a third woman, and the two women came onto her porch and began hitting her in the face and head, police reports said. She said when she retreated into her house the two unlawfully entered and beat her.
She told police said her 12-year-old daughter was kicked in the stomach by the second woman, according to reports.
