Forget Clinton, Trump and cast vote for Stein
After 9/11, a small minority of intelligent and ethical senators refused to support an immoral simpleton’s plan to invade Iraq based on lies. Hillary Clinton was not one of them. She was so eager for war, she didn’t even bother to read the 90-page, classified National Intelligence Estimate on Iraq.
As a result of the Iraq invasion, nearly a million innocent human beings, including women and children, were killed, over 4 million justifiably angry and highly traumatized orphans were created, and the rise of ISIS and the corresponding increase in world terrorism were predictable outcomes.
By endorsing Clinton now, her supporters tacitly acknowledge that foreign, dark-skinned lives do not matter – the very charge of racism that Clinton supporters level against Donald Trump supporters. And, as her later aggression against Palestinians, Libyans, Syrians and others has shown, the lessons of the Iraq fiasco were not learned. Assuredly, Clinton will continue to spread world violence.
Green party candidate Jill Stein explains that repeatedly voting for the lesser of two evils is how Americans got to where we are now. The past racist policies, unilateral support for the 1 percent and ever-expanding military “solutions” from both parties have greatly contributed to today’s hostile planet.
So, you can vote Democrat, knowingly making the earth just a little more evil for your children but supposedly less evil than electing the Republican candidate. Or you can consciously choose to make the world more equitable and peaceful by voting for Stein.
