Recycling can help set children on right path
The connection between drugs, violence and poverty is overwhelming. Obviously, it is a problem that has persisted for a very long time. I would like to offer a long-term solution. It starts with young children and recycling.
Recycling is a hands-on educational tool that teaches economics 101. It also illustrates how the community and environment can grow in a positive direction when our youth treat it like a garden.
Combined with a sporting event as an incentive for participation, we could develop a multitude of young recyclers to build a safer and more productive future.
