Nicole Krestos and Steven Guzski were married at 4 p.m. on June 25 in Hellenic Orthodox Church of the Annunciation in Buffalo. Guests gathered for a reception at Golden Ballroom of Statler City. The Rev. John Sakellariou of Annunciation Church and the Rev. Demetrios Kazakis of West Babylon heard the couple’s vows. The bride’s parents are Nicholas and Carol Krestos of Buffalo. The bridegroom’s parents are Steven and Beth Guzski of Utica. The bride, a graduate of Nardin Academy, earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Ithaca College and also earned a master’s degree in public relations from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. The bride is an assistant director of admissions at the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. The groom, a graduate of New Hartford Senior High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in financial economics and statistics from the University of Rochester. He is an actuarial analyst at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield in Rochester. After a trip to Italy, the couple will make their home in Rochester.
