Corrupt judge gets pension yet hard workers are denied

A former State Supreme Court judge recently learned, as stated in The News, that his pension was safe and that he would be receiving full credited benefits, despite pleading guilty to bribery felonies.

Meanwhile, over 600 brothers and sisters of mine employed by a local food distributor have had their pension benefits frozen since December 2013. Hardworking people who have done nothing wrong, and yet they cannot retire at this time with their earned benefits despite being innocent of bribery felonies.

The playing field continues to be slanted against American workers. These people, in part, funded the retirement benefits for that former judge. The war on workers continues.
