Ginsburg demonstrates that she is unfit to serve
Private citizen Ruth Bader Ginsburg is most certainly entitled to publicly express her opinion on political matters, however, not so Supreme Court Justice Ginsburg. In what can only be called an astounding breech of common sense or worse, Ginsburg ventured into the partisan political arena.
Supreme Court justices are given by the people enormous power as the final impartial arbiters of our entire democratic system. For this justice to intentionally stray into the politics of a presidential election is a clear indication that Ginsburg is not and never has been impartial. It calls into question her ability to even sit on the high court.
Her comments were a disgrace to the court and, more importantly, to our democratic system of checks and balances.
