A $1.5 million milling and paving project on the westbound LaSalle Expressway started Monday.
Lane restrictions will be in place during the work, which will extend from Williams Road in Wheatfield to Interstate-190 in Niagara Falls. The project is expected to be completed this construction season, the state Department of Transportation said.
The contractor for the project is Keleman-Bauer Construction of West Seneca.
The project also includes minor drainage and bridge repairs, the agency said.
