Three Niagara County bartenders charged with selling alcohol to minors

YOUNGSTOWN – Bartenders at three Niagara County taverns were arrested for allegedly serving alcohol to minors Friday night during a five-hour underage alcohol enforcement operation conducted by area police.

Agents from the New York State Police and the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office joined forces with state Liquor Authority representatives for the operation, which employed underage operatives targeting 14 bars throughout the county. The minors were served alcohol at three locations.

Charged with two counts each of unlawfully dealing with a child and prohibited sales are: Paulette D. Donoughe, 50, of Niagara Falls, working at The Old Depot, Ransomville; Patricia J. Kramer, 56, of Olcott, Scruples Bar, Newfane; and Catherine M. Stella, 53, of Youngstown, The Mug and Musket, Youngstown.
